– Warm hat

– Sun block & lip protection
– Thermos

– Harness (provided if you don’t have your own)
– Rucksack

– Ski touring boots (can be rented)
– Touring skis (can be rented)
– Skins & ski knife (can be rented)
– Poles (can be rented)
– Avalanche transceiver (provided if you do not have your own)
– Shovel & probe (provided if you do not have your own)

For some tours, for instance hut-to hut such as the Haute Route, you will need additional equipment such as:
– Sleeping bag liner
– Rucksack 35-45 litres
– Crampons
– Ice axe (can be rented)
– Screw gate carabiner
– Large sling
